LaTanya Collins is a resilient and impactful leader in college basketball. As Head Women’s Basketball Coach at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, her first season delivered a historic turnaround. A mother, mentor, and strategist, LaTanya stepped away from her career to help her son reach the NFL—gaining firsthand experience with NIL, recruiting, and the realities of modern athletics. With multi-division coaching success and executive-level leadership skills, she is now poised for her next chapter: leading a Division I program or serving in a Power 4 executive role.
